The “Battle (in your mind) against Good or Bad” never ends, it’s Your Choice…
For years we have been talking badly about people who talk to themselves. Well, talking to yourself means that you are proficient and self-reliant, and you rely upon yourself to figure things out. When you think silently-you are actually talking to yourself, just not out loud. When you talk out loud, it increases your memory recall, and also it increases focus and confidence.

Although there are people who prefer to speak to themselves rather than others, they are called introverts. They enjoy talking to themselves, but this is not who we’re talking about.
So go ahead and talk to yourself (on the down-low) cause some people may still label you as Crazy. lol–How many times have you said, “let me stop talking to myself, people will think I’m crazy”? Although there are some who talk to themselves and do have issues -(this guy was walking down the street having a very heated conversation with his friend, and I thought he was going to hit his friend. Besides his cursing and being very loud, the obvious frightening reality was that his friend was not present). (issues)

So the “Healthy You,” just having a one-on-one with yourself, is healthy. It benefits your thinking and your perception. (it seems as though we can see the situation more clearly) We talk to ourselves when we experience deep emotions, like anger–(imma kick his a__) or excitement (oh my, we’re going to Niagara Falls) or nervousness (This is just too much, I can’t do it), or Extreme Focus.
**Extreme Focus is essential for Change in your life. The average human being has approx. 12,000 – 60,000 thoughts a day, 98% are the same. But it’s that 2% of random, sometimes reckless, mind-wandering thoughts, run-a-way thoughts which are mostly negative and they’re responsible for your stressful life.
When you talk to yourself in thoughts or out loud, you’re not talking to your heart, liver, eyes or toes, etc., you are talking to your “Brain” – Period dot. But the best thing about all of these thoughts is that you can control “every one of them.” You can decide which ones stay and which ones go. You can actually tell your brain, “I don’t want that thought,” and if it comes back, tell it again and again, and your brain will catch on (oh, they prefer pleasant/positive thoughts – I get it).

Your brain is designed to protect you, and it leans towards the positive. You were born knowing how to smile. A “Smile” is the Universal symbol of happiness, kindness, and pleasure. A “Smiling face” is a distant hug, warmth, and protection, and it creates calmness.
Point is: starting your day with a smile will put you in a good mood. Your brain is waiting on your instructions or demands. If you show a pattern of positive thoughts, it will retain that process, and more positive thoughts will be at the forefront of your mind. 😊
“You” control your thoughts -“You” control your Brain
-positive & happy thoughts. You can also produce situations and experiences that awaken your feel-good hormones: give or buy a small gift for a love one or friend, pay it forward, or just open the door for someone–doing this often/daily creates warm and good feelings. Now you’re setting a positive course for your brain, getting away from the negative pattern it’s been used to.

(: Smiling makes you more attractive – it’s a sign of confidence, it produces positive energy, and it attracts attention:) You want to wake up with the most positive thoughts to start your day. So go to bed with good thoughts and tell your brain, when I wake up, I’m going to have good thoughts. Tell your brain what’s going to be good about tomorrow: “it’s a blessing to wake-up in the morning, having a wonderful place to live, and having good friends.” Concentrate on Positive!!!
Be persistent!
You have to motivate yourself, get your own engine started and keep it running, and keep something positive in your mind at All times. If you want to make a change in your Life, this is the key, start with a “Big Smile.” And look in the mirror every morning and say, “I love you & I will succeed” do/say this 3 times a day, say it 10 times each time – AND WATCH THE RESULTS!
